Cronut is a very particular and tasty mix between a croissant and a doughnut - It was born in New York City few months ago, and since then people can’t stop talking about this treat, queuing, and ordering dozens online. We heard people asking the same question : ''Where can we find Cronut in London? That's why the Aubaine team decided to introduce the Cr''O''baine to Londoners ! And from what I have tasted so far, it is heaven in mouth !
Refined ? Yes - Sebastien our talented and passionate Head of Patry Chef worked hard on creating the perfect Aubaine cronut - It is made with croissant paste, with layers and butter and then deep fried as it was a doughnut (and not cooked in the oven like a real croissant).
Starting from Friday the 30th of August, you'll be able to taste two sorts of Cr''O''bainet : the Nutella Cr''O''baine and the Cinnamon Sugar Cr''O''baine.
Pssssst !!!!! And there is more to come .. I heard that Sebastien is working on Nutella Cakes and desserts !
