This Valentine’s day our chefs have developed an extra special menu for you to delight your date. With three courses for only £38, including one of our fabulous sharing desserts, it really is a recipe for a perfect evening!




Smoked salmon, beetroot cured salmon and salmon tartare, served with caviar and crème fraiche 


Celeriac and blue cheese soup, truffle cream goujere 


Bayonne ham, celeriac remolade, hazelnuts, pea shoots



Main course


Lemon Sole, café de Paris butter


Roast supreme of guineafowl, artichoke rosti and grilled artichokes, jus


Ceps & truffle risotto, shaved young pecorino


Dessert (for 2)


Muesli sable with red fruit cremeux and red fruit marshmallow


Double chocolate mille feuilles

While you won’t find Aubaine everywhere (it’s not Pizza Express people) there are a fair few all over London. So next time you’re in town, I’d highly recommend getting yourself to the nearest one… and ordering the Sea Bass.
