Fashion, Beauty Monitor Journalism Awards 2013

This year, Aubaine was invited to the first Fashion/Beauty Monitor Awards ceremony . It was last Tuesday at the Brewery Hotel in East London and it was a fabulous night, a real success! Aubaine gave a prize for the raffle they organized with Style For Stroke.

The Stroke Association has teamed up with award winning fashion and style PR expert and long-standing supporter Nick Ede to launch an exciting new initiative, bringing the glamorous world of style, celebrity and fashion together to help raise money and awareness for the charity. Style for Stroke is about reaching out to new audiences and raising much-needed awareness about stroke (www.stroke.org.uk/Styleforstroke, @TheStrokeAssoc).

We arrived at 7pm; it was packed, just the time to have some make up done by professionals we were already seated for the dinner (funny thing, as it was a high end fashion event there was no canapés and a very light 3 courses menu !) The Introduction speech has been done by Hannah White, gorgeous publisher at Fashion Monitor.

All the top fashion journalists were here, it was great to see them all in the same place. The crowd was mainly feminine but a few guys won a prize in their category! Bravo ! To check the list of awards winners and to know more about the organization of the event click on the link below:

What bloggers say about us
The food, wine and service were utterly faultless and as for the interior… I want my whole house to look like that! While you won’t find Aubaine everywhere (it’s not Pizza Express people) there are a fair few all over London. So next time you’re in town, I’d highly recommend getting yourself to the nearest one… and ordering the Sea Bass.
