Now here’s a menu to “Fall” for! Before the winter chill, we’re gathering the best of Autumn for our Harvest season specials menu. A cornucopia of flavours and ingredients marry to create an autumnal selection of dishes that are sure to excite the senses and warm the soul.
The Harvest begins with traditional Autumn crops like butternut squash for a starter soup elevated with sage and honey, as well as beetroot and pear, for a inspiring seasonal salad.
Representative of the French harvest, you’ll find dishes like Raviole de Royan, served with a chestnut cream sauce, and Bavette steak with a warming red wine and horseradish jus.
And for a conventionally sweet Autumn finish, tuck into our classic spiced Pistachio & raspberry cake or indulge in our decadent new Chocolate praline crunch cake, layered with chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache.
Old favourites like the Pumpkin Spice Martini are making a comeback, joined with cool new contenders like a Gin-ger & Orange Spritz and a classic Fig negroni. Or, for a non-alcoholic buzz, try the Ginger lemonade, virgin Bramble, or one of the specialty Hot Chocolates from the menu, made with lush Valrhona chocolate.
