This week, we hosted a Mother’s Day event for some very special guests and their very special mothers. We invited 12 of our favourite influencers to our Selfridges restaurant, where they sampled our new afternoon tea.
Tucked beneath the cascading wisteria, our guests enjoyed three tiers of delicious cakes, scones and sandwiches with our exclusive Mariage Frères teas and a glass of bubbly. The #wisteriahysteria was in full swing at the event and our guests took some fantastic photos. Our afternoon tea is accompanied by a selection of our exclusive teas and coffees for £15 per person, or you can add a glass of prosecco for £20 or a glass of Champagne for £25 per person.
On the top tier of our tea stand, our famous peanut s’more takes centre stage alongside a selection of handmade pâtisserie treats including our pecan brownie, raspberry tart and dulce de leche éclair. On the second and third tier, you’ll find freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam and a selection of finger sandwiches including smoked salmon and cucumber and brie & truffle. It really is the perfect way to treat your mum this Mother’s Day!
