Spring Blush Cocktail Recipe

Now that England’s gardens are in full bloom, there has never been a better time to spruce up your classic cocktail recipes with all the floral feels. Here at Aubaine, we’ve created a cocktail that incorporates natural rose notes for that perfect garden party, BBQ or al fresco tipple. 

So take some time to stop and smell the roses—and then mix them into your drinks! 


Spring Blush



·         35ml Belvedere vodka (or equivalent)

·         35ml Martini Rosso

·         15ml Chambord 

·         10ml rose syrup 

·         3 rose buds or petals



1.      Add ice to a Boston shaker and pour in the vodka, Martini Rosso, Chambord and rose syrup

2.      Shake well 

3.      Dust off your finest Martini glass 

4.      Strain and pour into the glass 

5.      Garnish with rose buds

6.      Voila! Sip and enjoy*

*Long sunny evening mandatory (but not included!)
