Framed by the grand Georgian architecture of Dover Street, Aubaine Mayfair offers a relaxing sanctuary from the thriving streets outside. Grosvenor Square is a large garden square also located in Mayfair. It is the centrepiece of the Mayfair property of the Duke of Westminster, and takes its name from the duke’s surname “Grosvenor”. It was developed for fashionable residences in the 18th century.

Regent Street is one of London’s primary shopping streets, spanning from the northern edges of Oxford Street, through Oxford Circus and down to Piccadilly Circus in the south. Its regal buildings, iconic black cabs, and bustling ambiance make it one of London’s most popular spots, not to mention the famous Savile Row!

If something more traditional is what you have in mind why not visit the Shepherd Market. Nestled within the confines of Mayfair, Shepherd Market unfolds as a captivating square, encapsulating the essence of London. Designed by Edward Shepherd in the 18th century, Shepherd Market is a testament to architectural brilliance. The cobbled streets and historic structures capture the spirit of an era long past.

If you’d prefer to step away from the thriving shopping scene, marvel at St James’s Palace before enjoying a stroll through the park. If you are craving more of the outdoors, Green Park offers an even more relaxing botanical walk.

Also in the heart of Mayfair is the Halcyon Gallery which not only manages to showcase art from emerging artists bursting onto the scene, but has also displayed art from such established artists as Andy Warhol, Bob Dylan, Dominic Harris and David Hockney.

Venturing a bit further afield, why not pop in to the Royal Institution located at 21 Albemarle Street in Mayfair, London. Established in 1799 during a meeting at the Soho Square house of the President of the Royal Society of London, Joseph Banks.
