Bravespirit Limited recruitment – Privacy Policy

Bravespirit Limited T/A Aubaine restaurants (“Company”)  is registered at: 4th Floor, 243 Knightsbridge, London SW7 1DN, values your trust and is committed to the responsible management, use and protection of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all  information processed by the Company  during your application process.

YOUR CONSENT

Please read this Policy carefully. By proceeding with an application to vacancies at Bravespirit Limited you indicate your acceptance and consent of the collection, use, transfer and disclosure (“process”) of personal information as described in this Policy.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

This Policy covers any personal information you provide to the Company on your CV, résumé, cover letter and/or email application through your application process. This may include (but is not an exhaustive list):

  • name, contact information;
  • CV, résumé, cover letter, previous work experience and education information and other relevant skills;
  • employment preferences, current salary, desired salary;
  • eligibility to work in country where job applied for is located, available start date; and
  • information relating to reference.

You may also voluntarily choose to provide other relevant information as part of your application. We would prefer that you avoid submitting the following sensitive information, except where such information is legally required: sexual orientation, race, ethnic origin, religion, beliefs, disability, marital status, creed, nationality, national origin, colour and/or age.

If you intend to provide us with details of a reference or any other third party as part of your CV/résumé, it is your responsibility to obtain consent from that third party prior to passing the personal information to us. You are responsible for the content of the information you provide to us and you must ensure it is legal, truthful, accurate and not misleading in any way, and does not infringe on any third party’s rights, or is not otherwise legally actionable by such third party.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information you submit as part of your application will be stored in the United Kingdom UK / European Union (EU). The information provided will be reviewed, collected, used, transferred and disclosed (“processed”) for recruitment purposes, functions and for related management and planning purposes. This information may be processed to:

  • assess your capabilities and qualifications for a job;
  • conduct reference checks, if applicable;
  • communicate with you;
  • monitor and record services, whether provided by the Company or a third party.

Personal information about you will be used for the purposes of considering whether your profile is suitable for other job vacancies at Bravespirit Limited. If we elect to make you an offer, personal information you submit may be incorporated into our human resources system and used to manage the new-hire process. If you become an employee, any personal information that you submit may become part of your employee file and may be used for other employment/work-related purposes.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information about you will be reviewed by the Company’s employees or agents who have a legitimate business reasons to access such personal information and may include human resources personnel, technical services personnel and managers or their designees.

The Company aim to store your personal data (unless agreed otherwise with yourself) for the period of three months from the date of the application.

Note that as you apply to vacancies through a third party recruitment website by sending us your CV, résumé, and/or cover letter, the personal details you share with us may be shared with such third parties. Those third parties will be required to protect personal information.

RIGHT TO ERASURE (RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN)

If you no longer wish the Company to process your data for recruitment purposes: You shall have the right to obtain from the Company the erasure of personal data concerning yourself without undue delay. If you wish the company to erasure of your personal data please confirm this to us by sending an email to HR@aubaine.co.uk. Once your request has been received, we shall erase personal data without undue delay.
