Or indulge in our naughty-but-nice portobello mushroom & black bean burger and raw 70% dark Peruvian organic chocolate & raspberry brownie. New to Aubaine for 2018, our chefs have been hard at work creating a purely vegan menu. On our mission to find the perfect accompaniment to our plant-based menu, we came across le Canon du Maréchal. This Muscat/Viognier 2016 vintage, is delightfully light and fresh and is steeped in history.
