MANGO CHIA PUDDING
25g chia seed
170g oat milk or other alternative milk
1/4 vanilla pod
0.5g cinnamon powder
Mix all the ingredient together and leave to soak for 3hours.
75 mango puree
10g mango cube
Warm slightly the puree and add the fresh mango and leave cool down for an hour.
Put the chia pudding at the bottom of a glass
Delicately add the mango sauce on top
Decorate with a fresh slice of lime and desiccated coconuts.
