Freedown Food

Freedown Food is the leading UK supplier of Wagyu Beef (from Japan, UK, Chile and Australia) and other exceptional meats, including US Grain Finished Beef and
Iberico Pork. They distribute to restaurants, butchers, stores, and wholesalers in the UK. They are passionate about supplying exceptional meat with outstanding taste.

Clarence Court Eggs

Fabulous eggs by fabulous birds since 1928. Clarence Court offers the widest collection of eggs sold in Britain, a stunning selection of all-year-round favourites and seasonal stars. They are renowned for producing beautiful, colourful, glossy-shelled eggs with a rich, superior flavour laid by well cared for birds at their own, natural speed.

Confit De Provence

Jam producer for 40 years, Confit De Provence is located in the South-East of France, near Aix en Provence. In 1994, they were the first Jam Producer in France to be awarded an Organic Certification. Their Organic Extra Jams are baked in a cauldron and are made with selected fruits and cane sugar, using no colouring or preservative. Their ambition is to continue to work in accordance with their values,​​ offering simple, healthy, tasty and delicious products that contribute to the development of sustainable food for all.

Isigny Sainte-Mère

Isigny Sainte-Mère is a world-renowned French producer of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) butter, cream & cheeses since 1909 in Normandy, France.

Thanks to their natural environment, local farming & traditional methods, Isigny Sainte-Mère offers a superior flavour & a perfect application across all of its products. The PDO milk is collected 20 miles around the cooperative to get the best quality & consistency possible.

With over 350 medals won, Isigny Sainte-Mère is the most awarded dairy cooperative in France.

La Tua Pasta

La Tua Pasta is enthusiastic when it comes to making Authentic Fresh Pasta with simple, natural and delicious ingredients. Founded in 2006, it is a family business that has always remained committed to its values, making every single piece of pasta with lots of dedication and love. La Tua Pasta is the proud supplier to many restaurants, hotels, caterers, gastro-pubs, delis and retailers including Selfridges & Wholefoods. You can find their flagship store in Borough Market.

La Gelatiera

Dom Petroff

Established in 1979, Dom Petroff is a French family business specializing in the artisanal production of hand-crafted caviar, smoked fish, fish roe and fine food. Brand leader in worldwide upscale super market chains such as Lafayette Gourmet, City Super HK, Culinaris Hungary, Monoprix, it recently underwent a thorough creative overhaul, featuring refined packaging to reflect the range quality. The brand launched in the UK in 2016 and counts many gourmet delis as loyal customers. All products are made to order in our factory in Angers, western France, with the guarantee of long shelf lives, swift delivery and personal customer support

Double Dutch

Co-founded by twin sisters Raissa and Joyce de Haas, Double Dutch offers a range of award-winning premium mixers that are both a refreshing soft drink and a lively mixer to enhance all spirits. All flavours in the eleven-strong range are created through the process of molecular gastronomy. This results in unique, counter-intuitive and delicious flavour combinations.

The Double Dutch portfolio includes innovative and flavourful mixers such as ‘Cucumber & Watermelon,’ ‘Pomegranate & Basil,’ ‘Cranberry & Ginger Tonic,’ as well as a premium ‘Skinny Tonic Water,’ ‘Ginger Ale’ and ‘Ginger Beer’. In 2020, the brand released two Cocktail Sodas, ‘Bloody Mary’ and ‘Cucumber Margarita’.
